Diary, March 1864 to February 1865, while serving with the Signal Corps, Army of the Cumberland, and describes the Cumberland's participation in the Atlanta campaign, and Paul's own subsequent duty in charge of Signal Corps mail at Atlanta and Chattanooga; with observations on army life and life in general.
